Project vision

The project will see a 4 bedroom house renovated to a high level finish. Scope of works includes a new kitchen relocated to existing 4th bedroom with new cabinetry and appliances. In addition the family room will be remodelled as a master bedroom, a new laundry will be built at the back of the existing kitchen and the existing kitchen, dining and living space will be combined.

This project is situated in the coastal suburb of Umina, just an hour outside of Sydney, in the heart of the central coast. The initial loan of $526,000 will be used for settlement, with the further phase contributing to the renovation.

Project vision

This project is to build a five-room co-living house in Queensland’s Deagon suburb. It has two stages — land acquisition and construction. Completion of the project is set to be 15 months from settlement.

Deagon is a hidden gem, more affordable than nearby suburbs but with all the benefits of a beautiful bay, bush and history nearby. Most parts of Deagon are within a short walk to Sandgate and the bay but without the price tag of pricier suburbs nearby. With some great hidden cafes, 2 nearby shopping centres, plus a varied selection of restaurants and bars close by, Deagon offers plenty for young professionals living in the area. Only 30 minutes to the city via train, the area also benefits from having the Gateway Motorway on it’s doorstep.

The fund raise for phase one is for $317,000 to be completed in December 2022.

Project vision

This project is to build two six-room co-living rooming houses in Melbourne’s Glenroy suburb. It has two stages — land acquisition (already completed) and construction. Completion of the project is set to be 15 months from settlement.

The project is situated in Glenroy, VIC, 13km north of Melbourne’s CBD. Very close to amenities, train, and employment hubs, it’s designed to fill a demand in the growing ‘couples tenant’ market.

The development will be finished as ‘turn-key’, complete with fully furnished rooms including kitchenette and ensuite. As rooming houses, they also feature common kitchen and living areas, and an onsite laundry.

The fund raise for phase one is for $450,000 to be completed in January 2023.
