Project vision

This project is to develop eight three-bedroom townhouses in the Newcastle suburb of Lambton. The first raise of this project will be used to refinance out the current lender, with subsequent phases contributing to the construction of the dwellings.

Just 10 minutes from Newcastle’s CBD or 10 minutes to Lake Macquarie, Lambton boasts a great central location. Major shopping centres at Charlestown and Kotara are also easily accessible with public transport and again just a short drive from Lambton. With both a high school and primary schools in the area, Lambton is a great suburb for young families and professionals.

The fund raise for phase one is for $1,000,000 to be completed in December 2022, with the second phase to be completed shortly after in January 2023.

Project vision

This project is to build a five-room co-living house in Queensland’s Deagon suburb. It has two stages — land acquisition and construction. Completion of the project is set to be 15 months from settlement.

Deagon is a hidden gem, more affordable than nearby suburbs but with all the benefits of a beautiful bay, bush and nearby history. Most parts of Deagon are within a short walk to Sandgate and the bay but without the price tag of pricier suburbs nearby. With some great hidden cafes, 2 nearby shopping centres, plus a varied selection of restaurants and bars close by, Deagon offers plenty for young professionals living in the area. Only 30 minutes to the city via train, the area also benefits from having the Gateway Motorway on it’s doorstep.

The fund raise for phase one is for $317,000 to be completed in November 2022.

Project vision

This project is to build two six-room co-living rooming houses in Melbourne’s Glenroy suburb. It has two stages — land acquisition (already completed) and construction. Completion of the project is set to be 15 months from settlement.

The project is situated in Glenroy, VIC, 13km north of Melbourne’s CBD. Very close to amenities, train, and employment hubs, it’s designed to fill a demand in the growing ‘couples tenant’ market.

The development will be finished as ‘turn-key’, complete with fully furnished rooms including kitchenette and ensuite. As rooming houses, they also feature common kitchen and living areas, and an onsite laundry.

The fund raise for phase 2 was for $295,000 which was completed in October 2022. Phase three is for $300,000.
